Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched — write to us or WhatsApp your order number. Prepaid amounts for cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
7-Day Easy Returns
If a weave doesn’t feel right, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions
- Items must be unused and unwashed, with original folds, tags and packaging intact.
- Custom blouse stitching, altered garments and accessories on sale are not returnable.
- For hygiene reasons, blouses that have been tried on inside-out with tags intact are accepted.

- We arrange a free doorstep pickup anywhere in India.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method (including payments made via Razorpay) within 5–7 working days of the item reaching us.
