Orders & Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST.
- An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorisation (or verification for Cash on Delivery).
- We may cancel and fully refund any order affected by an obvious pricing or stock error.
- Handloom products may show minor irregularities in weave — these are the signature of a handmade textile, not defects.
Payments
Online payments (cards, UPI, netbanking and wallets) are processed securely by Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is available within India. We do not store your payment credentials.
Shipping, Cancellations & Refunds
Shipping timelines are described in our Shipping Policy; cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Colours
We photograph products in natural light, but screen colours can vary slightly from the actual textile.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, photographs, artwork and the PRINTARA name and logo — belongs to Madhava Enterprises and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
